The problem

Aircraft asset managers run multi-billion-dollar portfolios on quarterly Excel valuations and gut calls made in trade meetings. The data needed for better decisions already exists in transaction comps, lease rate trackers, fleet movements, OEM production schedules, and lessee fundamentals, but nobody has time to keep it all current. The problem

Customer engineers at every aircraft OEM rebuild the same market study for every prospect: airports in range, O&D pairs that fit the mission, fleet economics, breakeven, NPV, fleet plan. What it does

I'm Gonzalo Ramos. I spent the last twenty years inside aerospace, on three sides of the business that rarely talk to each other.

At a large OEM, I owned commercial campaigns and customer programs, the work of selling and supporting aircraft into airline fleets. At a leasing company, I lived the asset side: RFPs, proposals, contracts, technical records, deliveries, portfolio decisions, trades. At advanced air mobility companies, I worked on what it takes to actually bring a new aircraft to market, certification, supplier ramp, and the commercial readiness that nobody quite has playbooks for yet.

In every one of those roles, I watched the same workflows eat senior people's time week after week. AeroEquities AI Labs is the company I wished existed back then.
